An office building in the Marlton section of Evesham is under new ownership, following a transaction arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The buyer, One Holtec Drive Group LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the 32,571-square-foot building at One Holtec Drive. The property is home to tenants such as National Integrity Title Agency, Gateway Mortgage Group, Console & Associates P.C., Philadelphia Truck Lines, Eastern Alliance and Claritas Financial Partners.
WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf represented the buyer, which has retained the firm to handle both leasing and property management. In a news release, WCRE highlighted features at the building such as walking trails, ample parking, solar power and LED lighting, along with an outdoor patio overlooking a pond with seating area.
