Hartz Mountain Industries is marking a milestone at its landmark Lincoln Harbor neighborhood in Weehawken, unveiling a new 218-unit apartment building on what was the district’s final development parcel.
Located at 1525 Harbor Blvd., the new seven-story rental property occupies a full city block along the Hudson River and features a long list of upscale amenities. Leasing is now underway at the collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes, known as The Reserve at Estuary, as Hartz prepares to welcome another phase of residents to the 60-acre mixed-use community just north of Hoboken and directly across from New York City.
Rents begin at $3,300 monthly, with initial move-ins slated for mid-June.
“Lincoln Harbor presented us with an extraordinarily rare opportunity to develop a prime tract of New Jersey’s Gold Coast,” said Gus Milano, the firm’s president and chief operating officer. “After four decades of hard work, we’re thrilled our vision is nearing its full realization. Our goal was to offer residents an urban lifestyle experience with unparalleled access to top-tier dining, transportation and vibrant neighborhood offerings. The Reserve at Estuary refines modern city living and combines elegance and convenience in one exceptional address.”
Designed by MHS Architecture, The Reserve at Estuary has an expansive glass facade intertwined with dark iron spot brick, according to a project description, which also pointed to the property’s cantilevering floors from the waterfront promenade. Those features give way to 218 homes with light-filled, open layouts and luxury finishes and appliances, some with private outdoor space such as a balcony, patio or terrace.

Amenities at the property span nearly 40,000 square feet and include a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, along with a landscaped outdoor courtyard with a lounge, seating areas and outdoor games. Interior spaces include a rooftop entertainment lounge alongside a demonstration kitchen, as well as a separate residents lounge with a fireplace.
The developer, which has tapped Greystar as its management team, also touted the building’s fitness center with a strength training room, a game room, a dedicated coworking lounge and work pods. The property will also have 200 parking spaces available at its base.
The launch of The Reserve at Estuary follows Hoboken Point, another recent luxury rental project in Lincoln Harbor. Both properties benefit from the district’s many retail, dining and open space options, including the Whole Foods Market that is steps away, as well as a new community-driven retail concept that’s slated to open at The Reserve in early 2026.
Other amenities in Lincoln Harbor include the 18.5-mile Hudson River Waterfront Walkway that connects the George Washington Bridge to Hoboken, Liberty State Park in Jersey City and Bayonne, according to a news release. Residents also benefit from a host of mass transit options including the New York Waterway ferry to Manhattan, an on-site NJ Transit bus stop and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, as well as the nearby Lincoln Tunnel.
Hartz, meantime, noted that Lincoln Harbor has evolved from a business and dining district to a complete live-work-stay-play neighborhood with high-end apartments and popular restaurants such as Drift, Blu on the Hudson, Chart House and Ruth’s Chris Steak House, along with the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel and an expansive public park system that includes a dog park, the 400-foot Weehawken Pier and Lincoln Harbor Park.
