SAGE Investment Real Estate Advisors has welcomed veteran multifamily broker Eli Herskowitz as the newest principal with its Morristown-based team.
According to the firm, Herskowitz is responsible for spearheading its transaction activities throughout central New Jersey while representing clients across New Jersey, New York State and the Philadelphia region. He has closed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions during the past 10 years, with a focus on both complex and traditional multifamily deals.
He joins founding principals Steve Tragash and Greg Pine.
“I am excited to be part of SAGE’s refreshing brokerage-firm concept, which will allow me to leverage my extensive market experience while advancing the firm’s authentic and nimble approach to doing business,” Herskowitz said. “SAGE’s benchmarks for exceptional, effective and efficient service mirror that of my own work ethic and I am pleased to join Steve and Greg, with whom I have worked for many years, and their entire team.”
Led by Tragash and Pine, both longtime brokers, SAGE announced its launch early this year. Their earliest deals included the sale of the 59-unit Metropolitan Lofts at 11 DeHart St. in Morristown, which it brokered as part of a team that also included Gebroe-Hammer and Berkadia, and the trade of a 24-unit garden apartment complex at 456 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell.
