A family trust has sold a 7,000-square-foot, single-tenant retail building in Burlington County, brokers with HFF announced Wednesday.
The building, which is leased to Advance Auto Parts, is located at 1 Juliustown Road in the Browns Mills section of Pemberton. A private investor acquired the property after HFF marketed it on behalf of the seller.
The HFF team representing the seller included Managing Director Marc Mandel and Director Steve Schrenk. Terms were not disclosed.
Advance has occupied the property since 2004 and has six years remaining on its lease term, HFF said in a news release. The building sits on 1.72 acres in a community that is 35 and 60 miles from downtown Philadelphia and New York City, respectively.
