A developer has unveiled the newly completed amenities at a 320-unit, luxury apartment complex along the Hudson River in North Bergen, its first New Jersey project.
The Philadelphia-based firm, Post Brothers, recently debuted the spaces at what’s known as The Duchess, a three-tower complex at 7601 River Road. Those spaces include outdoor amenities such as a heated lounge pool, hot tub and private cabana beds, along with a separate veranda area with a yoga deck, sand box, table tennis and a fire pit lounge.

The Duchess also features a fitness area with modern equipment and interactive Expresso bikes, a cycling studio with instructor-led group fitness and an in-house spa with his and her sauna and steam rooms. The space also includes locker rooms, massage and treatment rooms and a juice bar.
Sitting along a busy stretch of River Road, the property opened for leasing in late spring 2017, offering a mix of spacious studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that offer sweeping views of Manhattan. Paris Forino designed the amenity spaces and common areas, also marking the interior design firm’s first New Jersey project.
