Two retailers have inked new leases at a Voorhees shopping center, under a set of newly announced transactions by Vantage Real Estate Services.
Brokers with the firm arranged the leases at 200 and 300 White Horse Road, which include deals with an undisclosed retailer and a prominent regional karate studio, according to a news release. They are among the newest tenants at what’s known as The Echo Shoppes.
Vantage RES Executive Vice President Monica Walsh and Aran Ploshansky, a sales associate with the firm, worked closely with the landlord and both tenants.
“Working with Vantage Real Estate Services has been an exceptional process. The sales team is responsive, client-focused and is a true partner in achieving our goals,” said Elan Levy, owner of Echo Shoppes. “Monica Walsh and Aran Ploshansky have been instrumental in the process and have made it simple for both landlord and tenants to accomplish their goals.”
Located minutes from the PATCO Speedline station in Lindenwold and Voorhees Town Center, The Echo Shoppes has two vacancies remaining, Vantage RES said.
“We are experiencing a tremendous influx of small businesses and local retailers interested in our retail listings,” Walsh said. “Statistics show small-business confidence is growing at record rates and continues to be the main source of economic growth in South Jersey and the region.
“Our grassroots marketing efforts, our commitment to our retail landlords and attitude of performance is what sets us apart and positions us to win deals for our clients.”
