The Goldstein Group has brokered the sale of an 11,200-square-foot Monmouth County retail site and will serve as leasing agent for the property’s new owner, the firm announced Monday.
The property, located at 164 Route 35 in Eatontown, sits on about 1.5 acres and was previously the home of a medical user and Ethan Allen, the firm said in a news release. It is located near the intersection of routes 35 and 36 and is less than a mile from the Monmouth Mall.
Terms were not disclosed. Mark Handwerker, vice president of The Goldstein Group, and Hugh J. Magee of Magee Realty Consultants brokered the transaction on behalf of the owner, Eatontown Investments LLC.
Neighboring tenants at the location include Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, Toys R Us, Bed Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx and Michael’s.
