With upgrades underway at a 120,000-square-foot office building in Hoboken, the property’s owner has tapped Newmark Knight Frank as its new leasing agent.
The real estate services firm announced Monday that it has won the leasing assignment at 5 Marine View Plaza, where it will work on behalf of Ivy Realty. NKF Executive Managing Director Jeff Schotz and Director Todd Ward are leading the assignment, touting the building’s location one block from the busy Hoboken Terminal.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to work with Ivy Realty to lease this office space, optimally located just steps away from the most active transportation hub in New Jersey,” Schotz said.
Ivy Realty recently upgraded the building’s lobby and is now making updates to the common spaces on the other floors of the building, NKF said. The firm also touted the asset’s proximity to
NJ Transit and PATH service at Hoboken Terminal, along with NY Waterway ferry service.
