A holiday decorating company is expanding into 6,000 square feet of warehouse space in Middlesex Borough, The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group said Thursday.
The brokerage firm represented ownership at 398 Lincoln Blvd., where Triple R Lighting recently inked its new commitment. The new location will allow the tenant, doing business as Christmas Décor of NJ, to support its recent growth as well as its additional expansion, according to a news release, offering easy access to major highways and its core business area.
The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group Senior Vice President completed the assignment for the Green Brook-based firm. Dan Duggan of NAI Dileo-Bram & Co. represented the tenant.
