Stir fry and salad restaurant honeygrow has opened the doors to a new store in Bridgewater, marking the eighth New Jersey location for the Philadelphia-based chain.
In a news release, the operator said the 2,500-square-foot space is part of the Chimney Rock Crossing shopping center near the intersection of Interstate 287 and Route 22. The fast-casual concept joins a host of tenants at the property at 330 Chimney Rock Road, including Crumbl Cookies, J. Crew Factory, Ulta, Nordstrom Rack, LL Bean, Evolve Med Spa, Club Pilates and Whole Foods, in a location that gives it a presence in an affluent section of central New Jersey.
Honeygrow opened its first New Jersey location in Cherry Hill nine years ago, the company said. Its other sites include Old Bridge, Toms River, Marlton, Hamilton, New Brunswick, Hoboken and Cherry Hill.
“For close to 10 years, New Jersey has been an incredible state for honeygrow and we’re beyond excited to have Bridgewater open,” says Justin Rosenberg, founder and CEO of honeygrow. “We’re continuing to scour both north and south NJ for more opportunities.”
The chain noted that it has six year-round stir-fry options, six hearty salads and signature honeybars, plus seasonal offerings. Its menu is completely customizable, allowing guests to create their dishes with a protein of choice and pair with egg white noodles, whole wheat noodles, gluten-free rice noodles or a salad base of curly kale, romaine or arugula.
