A trucking company has expanded its footprint in Kearny after leasing a two-acre industrial outdoor storage property, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced.
The user, Lico Transport, will occupy the site at 80 Campus Drive under a deal with Hugo Neu Realty Management. The privately owned tenant is already based in the town and plans to use the parcel for trailer parking and storage, BRC said, citing its proximity to Port Newark-Elizabeth.
BRC Senior Vice President Anthony Rittwager and Director of Asset Services Matthew Phillips represented the tenant, while CBRE represented the landlord.
