Larken Associates has completed another lease with Hunterdon Healthcare, providing it with more than 6,000 square feet at a Warren County office complex.
The provider will occupy a medical space at 207 Stryker Road in Lopatcong, the site of what’s known as Strykers Plaza. It’s the latest in several deals between the two organizations, Larken said, noting that Hunterdon Healthcare also has space at the firm’s Raritan Crossing, The Village at Hawk Pointe and Raritan Commons.
The deal at Strykers Plaza, a two-building, 12,904-square-foot property, will support the health care network’s expansion, providing it with quick access to major arteries such as routes 22 and 57 and Interstate 78. Victor Kelly of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage of Larken Associates, represented ownership in the 6,200-square-foot deal.
