A business owner in Dumont has sold two commercial buildings totaling more than 16,000 square feet, in a newly announced deal by Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC.
Steven Muller, a vice president with the Paramus-based real estate firm, represented West Shore Avenue LLC in its sale of the portfolio at 97-105 West Shore Drive. He noted that the now-former owner used the space to store and ship other people’s fine art.
A buyer listed as Golden Shore Property LLC paid $2.6 million for the buildings, which total 16,442 square feet, and will use it as expansion space for its costume jewelry distribution business. Mark Lee of Realty 7 LLC in Fort Lee represented the company.
