An investor has acquired a nearly five-acre industrial property in Hunterdon County, under a newly announced transaction by Charity Realty International.
The firm said its client, Nicholas DelGuidice, paid $1.21 million for the 4.66-acre site at 2157 Route 31 in Glen Gardner. Home to a 6,400-square-foot office and warehouse building, the parcel is leased to longtime tenant Russell Reid Waste Hauling & Disposal Services.
“Our client recognized the value in a well-situated industrial site that can accommodate service vehicle parking,” said James Costanzo, president of Charity Realty in Fairfield. “That use combined with the site history and financial strength of the tenant encourage a quick response and a no-nonsense offer.”
David Chippendale of Weichert Commercial Brokerage represented the seller, Terminus Occidentalis.
In accordance with Charity Realty International’s charity pledge, the firm has made a $2,500 grant to the West Orange board of education’s autism program. The grant will be used for classroom upgrades and supplies.
