A joint venture has tapped JLL as its leasing agent at a 216,000-square-foot office building adjacent to Kean University in Union Township.
Brokers say Liberty Hall Corporate Center, located at 1085 Morris Ave., is now fully available with features such as a full-service cafeteria, structured and surface parking spaces, two-story atrium seating and an outdoor patio with connectivity to both the conference center and dining area. JLL Managing Director David Stifelman and Executive Vice President Chris Conklin are leading the assignment on behalf of Liberty Hall Venture Partners.
“We are excited to partner with Liberty Hall Venture Partners to lease this Class A asset,” Stifelman said. “It’s the first time since the property was constructed that the building has been available in its entirety on a direct basis and we have already begun fielding inquiries from full building and partial floor users who want a headquarters quality building with direct access to all major highways, train and bus service and world class talent.”
While directly next to Kean University’s main campus, the five-story Liberty Hall Corporate Center is within walking distance of Vermella Union, a new luxury apartment complex by Russo Development. The complex also includes a retail component that is home to Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks and Panera Bread.
What’s more, the building is adjacent to AVE by Korman, which offers luxury apartments and flexible stay furnished apartments, according to a news release. Tenants, meantime, are a short walk from NJ Transit’s Union station and minutes from the Garden State Parkway, Route 22 and other major highways.
