The U.S. Green Building Council’s New Jersey chapter hosted its holiday party last week, drawing many of the state’s leaders in sustainable design and construction.
The Dec. 11 event took place at the Embassy Suites Newark Airport in Elizabeth and follows the group’s installation of Wayne DeFeo as its new executive director. The environmental veteran brings policy and management expertise from both government and the private sector.
