An investment sales broker has rejoined Colliers International, where he will focus on business development and transactions throughout New Jersey and the tristate region.
The real estate services firm announced Tuesday that Patrick Norris has returned as an associate director of capital markets and investment services. He first joined Colliers’ New Jersey office in 2016, working first as an office broker and then helping to grow the firm’s presence in the Princeton market.
In 2017, he was picked to join the firm’s capital markets and investment services team in the region. During his time with the group, which is led by Executive Managing Director Jacklene Chesler, Norris was involved in high-profile transactions across the office, retail, industrial and multifamily sectors.
“At Colliers, we are committed to adding top-tier talent in order to provide the best service for our clients,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director and market leader of Colliers New Jersey. “Patrick’s return to the firm highlights Colliers leading corporate culture and growth opportunities for both our employees and our clients.”
According to his LinkedIn profile, Norris spent 10 months as a vice president for investment sales with Bull Realty, an Atlanta-based firm, before rejoining Colliers. In addition to traditional marketing campaigns, he is an expert at selling properties via online auction platforms, such as Ten-X Commercial.
In 2018, he was recognized by Real Estate Weekly as a Rising Star in Real Estate.
“I am thrilled to return to Colliers International,” Norris said. “Colliers provides me with the ability to work with an outstanding team, and I look forward to helping grow our presence throughout the tristate metropolitan area.”
