An investor has added to its holdings in southern New Jersey with the addition of an office condominium in Medford, according to brokers with Vantage Commercial.
The space, which measures 1,440 square feet, is part of the Jackson Commons Professional Building at 30 Jackson Road, according to a news release. Brokers say the location near Tuckerton Road, Stokes Road and Route 70 was a key draw for the buyer, Amega Enterprises, which also recently renovated a separate building in the same complex for another Vantage Commercial client.

“Amega Enterprises is growing exponentially as an investor and has acquired multiple investment properties within the South Jersey area,” Richardson said. “Anthony (Amega) was pleased with the ability that Vantage displayed during the negotiation process. This will be another exciting opportunity for Amega to renovate and secure a long-term tenant.”
