A shopping center in Chatham has reached full occupancy with a newly completed, 1,600-square-foot lease by a nail salon, in a deal arranged by Levin Management Corp.
According to the brokerage team, Joinus Nails will occupy space at Chatham Plaza that housed a previous salon for 30 years. The new operator is now set to renovate the interior to create a modern, luxury experience for guests at the Main Street property.
LMC Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda represented ownership as the property’s leasing and managing agent.
“This business owner is excited to expand her local presence with a brand-new, state-of-the-art salon at Chatham Plaza,” Hand-Freda said. “We are thrilled to accommodate Joinus Nails’ space needs while bringing another high-quality addition to the community. Local residents have long appreciated the presence of a nail salon at Chatham Plaza, and we expect this tenant to enjoy tremendous success here.”
In a news release, LMC noted that the location at Chatham Plaza will be Joinus Nails’ second, following the business that it has operated in Summit for 15 years. The operator expects to open this spring, joining tenants such as CVS Pharmacy, Blue Foundry Bank, C2 Education and JAG Physical Therapy.
Chatham Plaza also recently welcomed The Shop, a locally owned Italian restaurant pizzeria that is now open for business at the property.
