A daycare center in Moorestown sold for some $5.4 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Tuesday.
A limited liability company purchased the childcare and early learning center, Chesterbrook Academy. The property, located at 130 Borton Landing Road, is triple-net leased to Spring Education Group, an operator of more than 200 private schools.
In announcing the deal, the Marcus & Millichap team noted that the 8,420-square-foot center lies just outside downtown Philadelphia.
Sean Lenchner, Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment professionals in the firm’s Columbus and Phoenix offices, procured the buyer. John Horowitz, broker of record in New Jersey, helped in closing the transaction.
