Hudson Atlantic has expanded its brokerage team with the addition of Amanda Jones as a multifamily sales associate, the Parsippany-based firm announced.
In a news release, the practice said Jones brings more than 25 years of experience as a financial adviser and portfolio manager, along with 14 years as an attorney. She’ll now look to leverage that expertise as a multifamily investment sales broker, working alongside the Hudson Atlantic team led by Adam Zweibel.
“Amanda’s unique blend of legal, financial and commercial real estate experience makes her an exciting asset to our team,” said Zweibel, president of Hudson Atlantic. “Her commitment to professional client success and problem-solving expertise will complement our leading multifamily brokerage team in New Jersey.”
Jones’ background includes working as in-house counsel for a prominent industrial developer, where she honed her skills in negotiating lease and sales contracts, overseeing environmental investigations and navigating land use issues, the news release said. Hudson Atlantic also pointed to her deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, which it said will translate to helping clients define their investment objectives and sourcing opportunities to meet those goals.
The firm added that Jones is the founder and president of Jewish Mothers and Children, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Jewish mothers and children within the community. She is also an active supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The longtime Livingston resident, meantime, has served on multiple township committees and has three young adult children.
