A private equity group has acquired a four-building office portfolio in Camden County, in a transaction arranged by Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The complex, located at 20 East Taunton Road in Berlin, spans 33,303 square feet with an occupancy rate of 89 percent. Its new owner plans to add value by upgrading the buildings, capitalizing on below-market rents and their direct access to Route 73.
Markeim Chalmers Senior Associate Adam Dembo represented the seller and buyer, Affiliated Management and Taunton Rd LLC, respectively. He noted that the complex is near Virtua Voorhees Hospital, PATCO rail service and a host of local amenities.
