The owner of a landmark diner in Hasbrouck Heights has tapped IPRG to sell the Route 17 property, providing an opportunity for a new operator or potential redevelopment of the site.
The brokerage team said the Bendix Diner, located just south of the Route 46 interchange, boasts strong exposure and highway access at a site that is known for its classic stainless steel exterior. The property at 464 Route 17 also has the benefit of B-2 highway commercial zoning, giving it a range of potential uses that will likely appeal to investors in northern New Jersey.
“We are honored to represent this truly unique property,” said Nick Rogers, an associate at IPRG who secured the listing. “With its high visibility, strong traffic counts and deep-rooted history, the Bendix Diner presents an incredible opportunity for investors, restaurateurs or developers looking to capitalize on its prime location.”
