An IT consulting and talent management firm has leased nearly 9,700 square feet at 10 Exchange Place in Jersey City, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield announced.
The tenant, US Tech Solutions, will occupy space on the 17th floor of the 30-story, 740,354-square-foot building along the Hudson waterfront, according to a news release. C&W’s David DeMatteis, Benjamin Brenner and Mina Shehata represented the tenant in the 9,692-square-foot transaction, while the firm’s Rob Lowe and Nick Dysenchuk represented Manulife Investment Management and the property owner, Manulife US REIT.
“We value the long-term relationship we’ve built with US Tech over the past 11 years, and we’re thrilled to have worked with them as they change the way they approach and utilize their workplace,” DeMatteis said. “The company signed a direct lease at 10 Exchange Place after being a subtenant because they felt the building was a perfect fit for their dynamic work environment and growing company.”
In announcing the deal, C&W noted that 10 Exchange Place has a new lobby, on-site food and coffee, 24/7 building access, an on-site parking garage with bike storage and 360-degree waterfront views of Manhattan. Notable tenants include One Parking and Chubb Limited.
The property is adjacent to the Hudson River Walkway and Harborside complex, while it’s close to the Exchange Place PATH station, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, NJ Transit and NY Waterway ferry service.
