The construction affiliate of J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. has announced the promotion of three longtime employees.
According to the business, Iron Hill Construction Management, both Jacob Smith and Steve Hull now hold the position of vice president. Mark Waddell, meantime, is now a director of operations for the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based design-build firm.
“Steve, Jake and Mark have, each in their own way, made a considerable impact on Iron Hill Construction Management’s success over the past 20 years,” said David Poloni, president and co-founder of IHCM. “All three actively mentor others in the company and have set a great example for leadership and diligence.”
The three will join Poloni in a newly formed executive committee that will look to set company policy and strategy, according to a news release. In announcing the promotions, Iron Hill noted that it has completed more than 250 design-build projects exceeding 9.5 million square feet throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
