J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. has bolstered its development team with the addition of Michael Duffy as a project executive.
In a news release, the Asbury-based firm said Duffy brings specialized experience in construction and engineering that will support its success as a developer and design-build construction manager. In his new role, he will focus on land development approvals, project management and leasing.
Duffy is a former lead project manager at Alvin H. Butz Inc., where he was responsible for the completion of a variety of construction management and design-build projects. During his six years with Butz, he gained proficiency in the design-build method of project delivery, estimating and project management, Petrucci said.
“I’m looking forward to making an impact on the development landscape in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania with J.G. Petrucci Co.,” Duffy said. “This is a talented group of professionals and I’m excited to join the team.”
Duffy graduated from Lehigh University in 2018 with a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a business minor in management and marketing.
