A smoothie and fruit bowl restaurant will occupy 1,100 square feet at a Hillsborough shopping center, following a lease brokered by Jeffery Realty.
Shane Wierks, a retail leasing specialist with Jeffery, said Sweetberry Bowls inked the 10-year lease at Hillsborough Centre at 649 Route 206. Wierks serves as the leasing agent for the 161,000-square-foot retail property.
Chris Dreher of The Dreher Group represented the tenant.
Sweetberry Bowls, which Wierks said was an emerging concept, is slated to open several locations within the next 12 months. In Hillsborough, it will occupy a space adjacent to a new Chipotle, which recently committed to a 2,232-square-foot space in the complex.
