A mixed-use, 9,560-square-foot property in Manasquan has traded for $2.4 million, Marcus & Millichap said Tuesday.
The firm said it represented both parties in the sale 140 Main St., which includes retail and apartments and is two blocks from the Manasquan train station. Jason Petrick, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of a private LLC.
Investment specialists Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and Steve Mariani, also in the firm’s New Jersey office, secured and represented the buyer.
The seller’s recent capital investment into the property had resulted in 100 percent occupancy among its nine tenants, the brokerage said.
