A global supplier of fragrances, flavors and other products has extended its lease at a Saddle Brook office building, where it occupies more than 21,000 square feet.
Brokers with JLL announced that the user, Symrise Inc., will stay in place at Park 80 West Plaza I after signing a long-term extension with Galil Management LLC. The tenant, which also provides food, nutrition and cosmetic ingredients, occupies the second floor of the 200,000-square-foot building at 250 Pehle Ave.
JLL Managing Directors Andrew Zezas and Scott Lesh represented Symrise in the 21,062-square-foot transaction, while CBRE Senior Vice President Donald Sperling and First Vice President Robert Norton represented ownership.
“Symrise chose to remain at 80 Park West due to the complex’s central location to major highways and its proximity to the company’s clients and employees,” Zezas said. “The company also appreciated Galil Management’s hands-on management style, and the base building improvements the building owner has completed at the property in the past few years.”
In a news release, JLL noted that Park 80 West Plaza I is part of the two-building, 511,600-square-foot Park 80 West complex at the junction of Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway.
