The owner of four multifamily properties in the region has landed a $12 million credit facility, under a transaction arranged by JLL’s Morristown-based capital markets team.
Brokers with the firm represented the borrower, Tower Management, noting that the line of credit will include 97-99 Bayard St. in New Brunswick, Spring Gardens Apartments in New Providence, Windsor Terrace in New Windsor, New York, and the Paltz River apartment property in Montgomery, New York.
JLL’s Thomas Didio and Zachary Chaikin led the team representing the borrower.
