Highstone Equity Group has selected JLL as its leasing agent at a nearly 120,000-square-foot office building in Cedar Knolls.
The four-story property, located at 240 Cedar Knolls Road, is adjacent to Interstate 287 and two miles from downtown Morristown, according to JLL. The real estate services firm also noted that the building recently underwent renovations that comprised new lobbies and elevators and updated bathrooms and common areas, along with a full-service café, a fitness center with shower facilities and a conference center.
JLL Executive Managing Director Frank Recine, Executive Vice President Susan Mason and Brokerage Associate Krista Magid will lead the team leasing the 119,587-square-foot asset.
