A former Chase bank branch in Lake Hopatcong has changed hands for an undisclosed price, in one of two newly announced transactions by The Goldstein Group.
Brokers with the firm represented the buyer, Jefferson Green LLC, in the transaction at 15 Bowling Green Parkway. The 3,000-square-foot building is located along Route 15.
Lew Finkelstein, executive vice president with The Goldstein Group, completed the assignment in tandem with Vice President CJ Huter and Sales Associate Roy Paret. Marta Villa of JLL represented JP Morgan Chase Bank National Assoc. in the sale.
In the second deal, Finkelstein, Huter and Director Chris Conway represented both parties in the sale of a 2,500-square-foot property at 845-853 Springfield Ave. in Irvington. Vishal Patel, a Wingstop franchisee, is planning to open a new location at the site after purchasing the freestanding building from Subway Mini-Mart LLC.
