Two Central Jersey industrial buildings have changed hands for a combined $6.7 million, in a set of transactions arranged by Zimmel Associates.
In the larger deal, Denholtz Associates sold a 30,000-square-foot building at 51 Terminal Ave. in Clark to WBC Industries Inc. The freestanding property, which offers quick access to Garden State Parkway Exit 135, sold for $3.6 million.
Zimmel Associates CEO David Zimmel represented the seller. Thomas Kirczow of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the buyer, a distributor of VELCRO, Aplix hook and loop fasteners and other products.
In the second transaction, Balogh Associates sold 215 Davidson Ave., a 25,000-square-foot building in the Somerset section of Franklin, to SNR Trading for $3.1 million. Zimmel Associates Vice President Jordan Zimmel represented the seller, touting the property’s location off Interstate 287, while Ronald Kraft of Allied Realty represented the buyer.
“Industrial buildings in this size range are in high demand. These exclusive listings were on the market for just a short period of time,” David Zimmel said. “Our company is located at the epicenter of one of the nation’s most concentrated and successful markets for industrial properties.
“We are continually on the lookout for great deals for our clients and have in-depth knowledge of on and off-market opportunities.”
