A 1031 exchange investor has acquired a 36,000-square-foot retail and office complex in Burlington County, in a $6.4 million sale brokered by KenKap Realty Corp.
The Parsippany-based firm said it represented the buyer in its purchase of Willingboro Town Center at 300 Campbell Drive in Willingboro. KenKap President Kenneth Kaplan identified the buyer as 300 Campbell Urban Renewal Corp., an investment client for the firm.
Si D. Pae, a salesperson with the firm, handled the assignment for KenKap. According to a news release, Pae has been a top producer at the firm for the past two months.
“His success is based on extensive research for his investor clients,” KenKap said in the announcement. “While some agents are content to surf internet data bases to unearth attractive investments, Si puts thousands of miles on his car actually searching out properties and meeting with owners. His clients benefit from his diligence.”
