A mix of office and industrial deals account for more than 130,000 square feet of recent activity at buildings owned by National Realty & Development Corp., the firm said recently.
In a news release, the firm said it finalized the deals across its four business parks in New Jersey. They are as follows:
- At Baker Waterfront Plaza in Hoboken, New Jersey Transit, Beacon Acupuncture Wellness, NW Capital Markets & NW Financial Group and Magnolia Innovation leased a combined 8,593 square feet. The property is a 95,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 2 Hudson Place between the Holland and Lincoln tunnels and directly across from the NJ Transit, bus and PATH station in the city.
- At Lions Head Office Park in Brick, Alan M. Floria, Esq.; Laurie A. Anderson/P&L Bookkeeping and Tax Associates; Jaydien Network Solutions; Randolph Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery; CWA Local 1088; New Jersey Spine & Wellness, Shore Nephrology and CRK Construction signed leases totaling 13,230 square feet. The complex consists of 64,480 square feet in 13 one-story buildings located at the intersection of Beaverson and Brick boulevards.
At Middlesex Business Center in South Plainfield, Alpha Assembly Solutions, HB Communications, Normandy Studios and Genewiz inked leases totaling 111,884 square feet. The property is a 429,000-square-foot, 11-building office and industrial complex located directly off Interstate 287 and within six miles of the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
