The owner of the Cumberland Mall in Vineland has appointed Vantage Commercial as its leasing agent for the nearly 1 million-square-foot property.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it will look to expand the existing roster of retail, dining and entertainment tenants at the complex at 3849 South Delsea Drive. It’s doing so on behalf of Summit Properties USA, which acquired the mall in fall 2022 from Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
Vantage Commercial Managing Director Emily Stein, Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli and Adviser Keren Niv are spearheading the leasing team.
