Kushner Real Estate Group and Russo Development have all but completed a new collection of 345 luxury apartments in Rockaway, where leasing is now underway.
Known as Rock Pointe, the property is the first joint venture between two of New Jersey’s prominent multigenerational real estate firms. The complex is slated to welcome its first residents as soon as mid-January, aiming to draw renters with upscale amenities, quick access to Interstate 80 and a modern take on suburban apartments.
Monthly rental rates for Rock Pointe’s one-, two- and three-bedroom units start from $2,100.
“We are delighted to start leasing apartments at Rock Pointe, which blends well-appointed living spaces and modern amenities with a desirable Morris County location convenient to local highways, parks, shopping, dining and employment centers,” said Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group. “We look forward to welcoming our first residents in January.”
The developers said the property, located at 1 Rock Pointe Place, is less than two miles from the interstate and close to the retail and dining options along Green Pond Road. The site is home a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a modern fitness center, a resident lounge and a conference room, among other amenities.
Outdoors, residents will have options such as a pool, a landscaped terrace and event and social spaces with grilling areas, according to a news release.
Rock Pointe is also minutes from Interstate 287 and routes 15 and 46 and about five miles from NJ Transit’s Denville train station. Meantime, renters are close to destinations such as the Rockaway Townsquare Mall, Wegmans, Lake Hopatcong and the Split Rock Reservoir.
