A consignment shop is opening a new location in Hillsborough, where it’s leasing more than 1,600 square feet at a retail and office complex owned by Larken Associates.
The landlord said Thursday that the operator, Max and Mia’s, will be among its newest tenants at its Kingsbridge Center property at 378 South Branch Road. The business has signed the 1,629-square-foot lease after having occupied another Larken property, the Shoppes and Offices at Woods Tavern, before needing additional space to support its growth.
Its new home sits within Hillsborough’s residential district and is easily accessible from Route 206. The five-building complex is also less than 10 miles from Interstate 287.
