Larken Associates has unveiled a series of amenities at The Reserve at Crosswicks, its new 272-unit luxury multifamily property in Bordentown.
The developer, which has leased up the complex at 8000 Bowery Lane, said residents will have access to indoor spaces such as a clubhouse with a lounge, a conference room and a game room, along with a fully equipped fitness center, among other offerings. Outdoor amenities will include a heated outdoor pool with a tanning ledge and spa, plus a covered outdoor pavilion, pool-rinsing showers, grilling stations and a fire pit.
Larken, meantime, highlighted additional spaces such as a tot lot with a sensory-sensitive playground, a bark park with separate areas for small and large dogs, electric charging stations and video security systems across all exterior areas.
“Amenities play a crucial role in enhancing the residential experience in any multifamily community,” said Jessica Heckman, director of residential asset management at Larken Associates. “With the completion of The Reserve at Crosswicks’ amenities package and warmer weather already breaking through, we are excited to welcome our residents to these new spaces as they embrace all the community has to offer.”
The Branchburg-based developer, which welcomed its first residents at The Reserve at Crosswicks last year, said it will complete its third and final residential building at the property late this summer.
