Larken Associates has leased more than 50 percent of a new 120-unit luxury apartment complex in Warren County, with the property now entering the final stages of construction.
The Branchburg-based firm said the development, Monte View at Pohatcong, welcomed its first residents last November. Leasing momentum has continued since then thanks in part to the complex’s location just off Interstate 78 and less than a mile from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border, along with a ground-level clubhouse that will offer several amenities.
Located at 1001 Monte View Drive in Pohatcong, the property consists of three multistory, garden-style buildings and one four-story elevator building with one- and two-bedroom apartments.
“As we approach the completion of construction at Monte View at Pohatcong, this milestone reflects the tremendous work by our leasing and marketing teams over the last several months,” said David Gardner, Larken Associates’ CEO and president. “I’m excited to see our newest Larken Living community come to fruition as we continue our strong leasing momentum in the weeks ahead.”
The developer this week said full completion is slated for next month. At that time, residents will begin to have access to spaces and facilities such as a heated outdoor pool, a dog run, a tot lot, a fitness center, a coworking center and a game room.
