Larken Associates has announced a renewal by a longtime medical office tenant at a nearly 50,000-square-foot campus in Mercer County.

Delaware Valley Retina Associates, which specializes in diagnosis and treatment of retinal disorders, has had a presence at the Princess Road Office Park in Lawrence Township for more than 23 years, according to a news release. The practice occupies 5,938 square feet at the complex at 4 Princess Road in the township’s Lawrenceville section.

Vinny DiMeglio of JLL represented Delaware Valley Retina Associates in the deal.

“Our renewal with Delaware Valley Retina Associates illustrates our continued commitment to our tenant’s long-term success,” said Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “It’s been an absolute pleasure to grow this relationship over the past two decades and we’re proud to help them bring their important services to the community.”

Spanning nine acres of landscaped grounds, Princess Road Office Park totals 47,094 square feet across two buildings, with each custom built-to-suit tenant space offering a private bathroom, a kitchenette and separate utilities, the news release said. The complex sits at the interchange of Exit 68 on Interstate 295 near Princeton Pike and Franklin Corner Road.
