Jeffery Realty has negotiated three new leases at a Morris Township shopping center, where AT&T, European Wax Center and Scenthound committed to a combined 4,650 square feet.
The firm’s Steve Battista and William Lenaz represented ownership at Morris Marketplace, located at 191 East Hanover Ave. The deals follow the brokerage team’s recent completion of six leases at the property with Mattress Warehouse, Burlington, Restore Wellness, UBreakIFix, Panda Express and Taco Bell, which took a combined 37,264 square feet.
Elsewhere, Jeffery arranged leases by GNC totaling 3,400 square feet at Deptford Plaza in Deptford and Hooper Commons in Toms River, according to a news release. The firm’s Shane Wierks and Alan Walker worked with Joe Allegro, Giorgio Vasilis and Justin Goodman of Sitar Realty in Deptford and Shane Hart and Joe Dougherty of Metro Commercial at Hooper Commons.
Jeffery Realty also negotiated the sale of an AAMCO Transmissions auto repair shop property at 559 Bloomfield Ave. in West Caldwell. Bill Farkas represented the seller, while Jon Corbiscello of Keller Williams represented the seller, a private investor.
In Rockaway, Mezeh Mediterranean Grill, Crumbl Cookies and Sleep Number are leasing a total of 7,045 square feet at Rockaway Town Plaza at 395 Mount Hope Ave. Jeffery’s Matt Kenderian and Mike Testa represented ownership at the shopping center.
