Larken Associates has earned high praise for its team and its promotion of a new rental property in Hunterdon County, winning multiple honors at the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual Sales and Marketing Awards.
The developer, which was on hand last month for the event in Atlantic City, said it received the Best E-Brochure and Best E-Blast awards for The Ridge at Readington, its 254-unit luxury multifamily community in the township’s Whitehouse Station section. Additionally, the firm’s Melissa Nascimento was named Leasing Marketing Director of the Year for rental communities for the second consecutive year.
“Our marketing team continues to set new standards for excellence across the industry,” said David Gardner, CEO and president of Branchburg-based Larken Associates. “Melissa and her team are pivotal to our success, and I want to congratulate and thank them for the great work they do each day.”
Part of the annual Atlantic Builders Convention, the SAM Awards recognize New Jersey’s most creative and successful sales and marketing professionals as well as exemplary projects and initiatives, according to a news release. This year marks the fourth time that Larken Associates has been honored at the SAM Awards.
“It’s an honor to be named Leasing Marketing Director of the Year for the second year in a row,” said Nascimento, executive vice president of marketing of Larken Associates. “I am privileged to lead an incredibly talented team who continues to execute effective, integrated strategies that drive results. I want to thank the NJBA for recognizing us and our work.”
