Larken Associates has leased up a five-building office complex in Hillsborough after three new deals totaling more than 4,000 square feet, the firm announced last week.
The transactions at 390 Amwell Road include a lease with The Eye Specialists, a growing ophthalmology practice, which is taking 2,562 square feet at what’s known as Amwell Commons, according to a news release. Larken has also secured a 1,376-square-foot commitment from The Salty Moon Spa, a wellness center, and a 178-square-foot deal with Renew Beauty Spa.
Susan Livingstone-Martinetti of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented ownership at the 42,162-square-foot property.

In announcing the deals, Larken noted that Amwell Commons is nine miles north of downtown Princeton, seven miles south of Somerville Circle and within walking distance of shopping, dining, banking and entertainment options. The complex is also near institutions such as Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Somerset Medical Center.
