Larken Associates will welcome a new tenant to a Lawrenceville commercial property after leasing more than 2,000 square feet to a medical equipment supplier.
According to the landlord, Benchmark Medical Services will use the space at 4 Princess Road to distribute its products throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The tenant is leasing 2,072 square feet of office space at the two-building, 47,094-square-foot property known as Princess Road Office Park, which sits at Exit 68 of Interstate 295.
“In today’s office market, privacy and location are among two of the most significant factors tenants are considering in their office space search,” said Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “For tenants who place considerable weight on those differentiators, properties like Princess Road Office Park stand out as they combine the best practices in social distancing while promising easy access to customers throughout the region.”
Benchmark, which supplies products such as respirators, wheelchairs, home dialysis systems and monitoring systems, will join a mix of other office and health care tenants at the nine-acre property. Larken noted that the complex has private bathrooms, kitchenettes and separate utilities for each suite, as well as on-site daycare.
