Larken Associates has signed a new medical office lease in Lawrenceville with a practice that serves children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder.
The provider, Sovereign Care Services, will occupy 5,384 square feet at the Princess Road Office Park at 4 Princess Road. The deal brings the two-building, 49,094-square-foot complex to full occupancy, Larken said, touting its location just off Interstate 295.
Rob Marek of Raider Realty, the firm’s in-house brokerage, represented ownership in the deal.
“We are thrilled for the opportunity to execute our mission in Lawrenceville and its nearby communities,” said Thelma Wilson, president of Sovereign Care Services. “This new space will provide us the setting we need to continue serving our clients with the highest standard of care.”
Larken announced the deal Wednesday, noting that Sovereign Care Services provides applied behavior analysis therapy for children 18 months to 17 years old and adults 18 to 21 years old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual or developmental disability.
“We are pleased to help such an impactful business find the space it needs to deliver care to its client base,” said Marek, an executive vice president with Raider Realty. “Sovereign Care Services will undoubtedly elevate the lives of families in Lawrenceville and the surrounding communities, and we are proud to welcome them as our tenant.”
