A moving company has found a new home after leasing more than 7,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in West Caldwell, in a deal arranged by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The company, Bluebell Relocation Service, will use 23 Fairfield Place as its new headquarters as it capitalizes on the building’s proximity to Interstate 80 and Route 46, according to a news release. The facility includes a 1,740-square-foot office and 5,480 square feet of industrial space.
“For a moving company, location is absolutely essential,” said Sheldon Gross Vice President Eric Weston, who represented ownership in acquiring the single-story building in a previous transaction. “You always want a central location with easy access to major roadways. And that’s what 23 Fairfield Place provides — whether you’re going north, south, east or west, you can do it quite quickly.
“In addition to being only 30 minutes from New York City, you can be in the Hudson Valley in less than an hour, and in Pennsylvania almost as quickly.”
Bluebell provides commercial and residential moving services, the news release said. Its new location is also a short drive from Interstate 280.
