Larken Associates has launched preleasing at a soon-to-be-completed, 198-unit luxury residential project in Warren County.
The community, located at 1500 Hyde Blvd. in Lopatcong, includes 148 garden- and garage-style units known as Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong. The property will also feature a 50-unit age-restricted component dubbed Horizons at Autumn Ridge.
Larken is building with the goal of attracting a multigenerational base of renters.

Located just off Route 57, Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong features 11 buildings comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with high-end interiors. The property’s age-restricted component is a four-story elevator building with 50 one and two-bedroom apartments, along with a heated private pool, a mailroom with a package concierge system, a game area with card tables and other amenities and services.
Autumn Ridge will also feature a modern, centrally located clubhouse that boasts an outdoor heated pool with a covered outdoor lounge and a grilling station, game room, conference room, lounge and dry bar and other offerings.
Larken noted that it has completed framing for the final building at Autumn Ridge, while construction on the clubhouse is nearing completion.
