A law firm is relocating within Mahwah after signing a new lease about three miles from its current home in the township, according to a broker with Newmark Associates CRE.
Vigorito, Barker, Porter & Patterson LLP, a litigation practice, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at 1200 MacArthur Blvd. It’s currently based at 1 International Blvd. but is moving due to a plan to repurpose the building, Newmark Associates said.
The brokerage firm’s Mary Swatek represented the tenant in the deal.
