A law practice has renewed its nearly 2,000-square-foot lease at a Livingston office building, under a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
The tenant, The Durkin Firm, occupies 1,880 square feet at 354 Eisenhower Pkwy. NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering represented the firm in the deal with Eastman Management, the owner of the two-story, 157,500-square-foot complex about a mile north of Route 10.
“For tenants like The Durkin Firm, a Class-A, amenity-rich office property like 354 Eisenhower Parkway definitely makes the difference in providing a quality work experience and simultaneously offering clients with a welcoming experience,” Levering said. “The Durkin Firm provides a wide variety of legal services across real estate law, business transactions, estate planning, and equine law. Their lease at 354 provides the firm with easy access for both employees and clients in an attractive and prestigious building that is also home to many of the area’s most reputable law and professional firms.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson touted the building’s offerings and highway access. The property, which includes a café, newly equipped fitness center and open lounge with updated furniture, offers quick access to interstates 280, 287 and 80 and Route 46.
